This 12-night 13-day long tour package takes you around the best of Australia. In Gold Coast, visit the continent’s largest theme park and its only beachside observation deck. In Sydney, enjoy a half-day sightseeing tour to sites such as the Opera House and enjoy an excursion to the Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. Sights such as the Kelly Tarltons Underwater World in Auckland, Glowworm Caves in Waitomo and Te Puia Thermal Reserve in Rotorua are some of the other highlights of this tour. A scenic cruise on the Milford Sound rounds off the tour perfectly.

Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive in Brisbane & Transfer To Gold Coast

On arrival at Brisbane Airport, proceed to board the Conxions Seat-in-Coach Transfer to your pre-booked Gold Coast Hotel for check-in and overnight stay. (Early Check-in is Not Guaranteed). No activities are scheduled for today, leaving you free to relax and pursue your own interests. Overnight in Brisbane.

Day 2

Gold Coast

After breakfast, board the Seat-in-Coach Transfer to DreamWorld, the largest theme park in Australia for a day full of fun and entertainment. Free admission to Skypoint Observation Deck (No Transfers for Skypoint) is included in this tour; enjoy amazing views of the Gold Coast from the highest vantage point on Australia’s coastline. Later, board the same Seat-in-Coach Transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Gold Coast.

Day 3

Gold Coast

After breakfast, you can choose to visit either SeaWorld, a marine mammal park or the Warner Bros. Movie World, a movie-based theme park. Seat-in-Coach transfers will transport you to your chosen theme park. (Choice of 1 Theme Park – must be pre-booked). Overnight in Gold Coast.

Day 4

Gold Coast to Sydney

After breakfast, checkout from your Gold Coast hotel and proceed to Brisbane Airport by Seat-in-Coach Transfer to board the flight to Sydney. On arrival at Sydney Airport, board the Seat-in-Coach transfer to your hotel for check-in and overnight stay. Overnight in Sydney.

Day 5

Sydney

After breakfast, we will enjoy a Seat-in-Coach Half Day Sydney City Sightseeing Tour. Sights we will visit include Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. After the tour, disembark at the point closest to King Street Stop, Darling Harbour and proceed to Sydney Aquarium. Here, you can exchange your Combo 2 Pass voucher for admissions to Sydney Aquarium, Unlimited 1-Day Ride on Sydney MonoRail, and Sydney Tower Eye and 4D Experience. In the evening, proceed on your own to King Street Wharf #5, Darling Harbour by 1850hrs -1900hrs to board the Sydney Showboat Standard Indian Dinner Cruise (No Transfers). Use the day’s Unlimited 1-Day MonoRail Pass to travel from nearest station to hotel and Darling Harbour (MonoRail will close down on 31st June 2013). NOTE: Cruise Does Not operates on WED/SUN – Supplement cost of AUD10 Per Person EXTRA to Upgrade to Deluxe/Window Seating. Overnight in Sydney.

Day 6

Sydney

After breakfast, proceed to enjoy any one of the following Full-day Seat-in-Coach Tours of the Blue Mountains World Heritage Area, an area abundant with nature’s bounty such as tall trees, bush land, sandstone cliffs, canyons and waterfalls. NOTE: Choice of 1 Full Day Seat-in-Coach Tour must be pre-booked. Option 1 – Blue Mountains Tour with Wildlife Park + Light Lunch + 2Unit Scenic Ride (One-way Cableway and One-way Railway). OR Option 2 – Blue Mountains Tour with Wildlife Park and RiverCat Cruise – Tour ends at Circular Quay – No Drop to Hotel OR Option 3 – Blue Mountains Tour with Jenolan Caves Overnight in Sydney.

Day 7

From Sydney, Flight To Auckland

After breakfast, checkout from your Sydney hotel and proceed to Sydney Airport by Seat-in-Coach transfer for onward flight to Auckland. On arrival in Auckland, you will be met by our representative and transferred to hotel in a private vehicle. Visit Sky tower in the evening (included) later take a short walk to Viaduct harbor. Over night at hotel.

Day 8

Auckland to Rotorua Via Waitomo

Today morning pick up your rental car from the local branch and you will travel across the rich Waikato farmland for Waitomo. Enjoy a guided tour of the Waitomo Caves (included) and a boat ride through the famous Glow-Worm grotto. Enjoy twinkling lights emitting from the ceiling like stars in a dark night. Later travel across to forested Mamaku Range to arrive at the thermal resort of Rotorua. Overnight at hotel (B).

Day 9

Rotorua Sightseeing

Today we proceed to AGRODOME (included) to witness the Agrodome Agricultural Show, where you will be entertained by New Zealand’s performing sheep and other attractions. Later proceed to visit TE-PUIA thermal village (included) known for its hot springs, geysers and boiling mud pools. Watch the Maori craftsmen and learn about the traditional arts of carving and weaving and RAINBOW SPRINGS (included) to see the flower and fauna of New Zealand. Evening at leisure. Over night at hotel (B).

Day 10

Rotorua to Queenstown

Travel to Rotorua airport and board your flight to Queenstown (flight not included), upon arrival in Alpine city travel to your hotel. Evening at leisure Over night at hotel (B).

Day 11

Milford Sound Day Tour

This morning we head to MILFORD SOUND CRUISE (included). This famous cruise gives you an opportunity to see MITRE PEAK which is just out of the water and mile high. Go exploring with a nature guide in the tender vessels and kayaks. You may see fur seals lazing on the rocks and lots of sea birds and numerous waterfalls. Return back to the hotel in the evening. Self drive customers will take a return journey to Milford sound in their rental car. Overnight at the hotel.(B)

Day 12

Queenstown to Christchurch (Via Mt. Cook)

Travel to Christchurch via Mt Cook National Park travel through the Central Otago region to Lake Pukaki and Mount Cook National Park Village. Set at the foothill of the alps, you have a close up view of Mt Cook -the highest mountain in the country. Descend the mountains and re-cross the Canterbury Plains to arrive in Christchurch in the evening. Overnight in hotel. (B)

Travel to Christchurch airport and board your flight for onward journey.
